Burkhardt Road, Suite A, Burkhardt Plaza in Evansville. It is the state’s 9th practice in the Affordable Dentures affiliated network.
Mike Sirvin, DDS is practice owner of the Evansville practice. It opens at 7:30 a.m. Monday through Friday and serves patients from Evansville, Princeton, Henderson, Kentucky and many other communities in the surrounding area.
