Missions of Mercy events across the U.S. bring together dental professionals, including dentists and lab staff, to treat and assist underserved adults in need of care, at no cost to the patient. A number of affiliated practice staff and lab technicians throughout the Affordable Dentures network choose to volunteer their time at state events each year. Six staff – including ADDL and ACI employees – participated at the Wise County, Va. Missions of Mercy event July 17-18, fabricating 70 partial dentures. wp-content/uploads/2015/07/VMOM-Wise-VA-071715-1.jpeg" alt="VMOM - Wise VA - 071715 - 1" width="540" height="304" /> In Perry, Ga., more than 10 from the Affordable Dentures network took part in the Georgia Missions of Mercy event June 19-20. The group completed about 70 partial dentures for patients. wp-content/uploads/2015/07/GMOM-061915-2-cropped.jpg" alt="GMOM - 061915 - 2 - cropped" width="540" height="389" /> ADDL made its second appearance at the popular Harrisburg, Pa. Missions of Mercy event May 29-30. It also marked only the second time the event featured on-site lab support. That event saw 1,800 patients, and the ADDL team of five completed 56 partials, 30 denture repairs and 20 denture relines. wp-content/uploads/2015/07/Harrisburg-PA-MOM-052915-2-1024x577.jpg" alt="Harrisburg PA MOM - 052915 - 2" width="540" height="304" /> ADDL and Affordable Dentures professionals will next appear at the Columbia, Mo.
